Euroscena SpA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, in whole or in part, the contents, images, terms and/or conditions for access to this site.
The User shall not use this site:
1. or materials contained in it, for any purpose that is considered unlawful, or distribute or transmit materials or content, in any manner, that may be considered unlawful;
2. in any way that interrupts, damages or compromises the efficiency of the site, partially or wholly, or that in any way damages the efficiency or functionality of the site;

All rights copyright and intellectual property rights for the configuration, content and organization of the site are the exclusive property of Euroscena SpA and as such, the reproduction of the site and/or its contents, in whole or in part, using any analog or digital means is strictly prohibited, without prior written consent from the owner.  Material and information supplied by Euroscena SpA is accessible to the User exclusively for personal use.
The “Euroscena” mark and related logos are registered with U.I.B.M.

Liability
 
The information or materials on this site are to be used at the sole discrimination of the User. Euroscena SpA will not honour any claims, either express or implied, made in relation to the site and its contents, even with regards to completeness, accuracy and quality
Euroscena SpA will not be liable for the transmission of any contaminated data to the user's computer.

Privacy Policy
 
No personal data will be requested of visitors to the site for the purposes of viewing the site.  Should any information be requested for the use of any particular services within, the User must give explicit prior consent in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30th June 2003.
 
Any personal data supplied directly by the User and collected via the services on the website, will be processed by Euroscena SpA, in accordance to the regulations of the privacy policy.  This data will be kept on the premises of Euroscena, in accordance with legislative requirements, at their head office in Via Gregorio VII 414/424 00165 ROME.
 
 
Data controller, Data Handler and Persons in charge of Handling
Euroscena is the data controller, and its head office is as indicated above.
The Date Handler is Davide Medici – Sole Administrator of Euroscena SpA.
The Persons in charge of the Handling are the staff of Euroscena SpA. A complete list of names is available for consultation at the company's head office.
 
Communication
Personal data will not be communicated to third parties or distributed without the prior explicit consent of the User.
The administrator of this site may collect, use or transmit any other non-personal data or information to third parties that is of a statistical nature and/or related to site traffic, providing it is anonymous and prevents of identification of site users.
Euroscena SpA reserves the right to process the abovementioned personal data, without prior consent from the User, should this be required by Law, to protect or defend its rights and property and to safeguard its users and other persons.
 
Subject's Rights
 
The owner of the personal data may avail of his/her rights as set forth in article 7 of Decree 196/2003 by approaching the Data Controller.
